Welcome to North Shore Snow! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

North Shore Snow provides snow removal and ice management services for commercial properties. Services may include snow plowing, walkway clearing, salting, brine application, and other related services as agreed upon in individual service contracts.

2. Service Agreements

All work is governed by a written agreement. Clients must review and accept the terms of service before any work begins. Estimates provided through our online form are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. North Shore Snow reserves the right to withhold services in the event of non-payment or overdue balances. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Service Limitations

Service availability may be affected by severe weather conditions, equipment failure, or inaccessible sites. We aim to provide timely and effective service, but we cannot guarantee response times in extreme weather events.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Monthly and seasonal contracts may be subject to a cancellation fee. Per-event services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed in full.

6. Liability

North Shore Snow is insured and takes all reasonable precautions while delivering services. However, we are not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or client failure to notify us of site hazards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and service descriptions—is the property of North Shore Snow and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.
